P.I.C. provides thorough training to each of its employees utilizing the Betco Resource & Process Management Interactive Training Series.

P.I.C. provides equipment and chemicals usage training through the various equipment and chemicals companies.

b.) Incentive Programs

Employees receive monetary bonuses based on monthly performance, employee of the month recognition, and yearly achievement awards at the annual holiday gathering.

c.) Security Check

Each employee is screened nationwide for criminal activity by US Search. Each employee also undergoes drug screening by AMR (American Medical Response, Inc).

d.) Uniforms and Appearance

P.I.C. employees dress in an appropriate uniform (smock/polo shirt) that meets the specific task and reflects the professionalism and appearance requirements of P.I.C. Each employee also wears a photo ID.
