All P.I.C. Maintenance employees are thoroughly trained in going the extra measure to be sure the job is done correctly....and then some.

P.I.C. EMPLOYEE REQUIREMENTS

P.I.C. Maintenance employees participate in a mandatory facility and client company familiarization and training program prior to arriving at a new job site. In addition to cleaning basics, they become knowledgeable of the company's policies and procedures to assure appropriate on site activity conformance. In addition, all P.I.C. employees are bonded.

P.I.C. - QUALITY CONTROL

A 'Team Leader' is assigned to each P.I.C. Maintenance client. Team Leaders meet regularly with P.I.C. employees under their supervision to update them with new products, usage techniques or provide them with additional support where needed. Team Leaders also physically inspect each client business location on a regular basis to ensure that it is being maintained to P.I.C.'s strict maintenance standards.
