P.I.C. employees dress in an appropriate uniform (smock/polo shirt) that meets the specific task and reflects the professionalism and appearance requirements of P.I.C. Maintenance.

Comprehensive Background Checks
Potential staff members undergo a comprehensive interviewing process, including a criminal background check, worker’s compensation check and drug testing. Each employee is screened nationwide for criminal activity by US Search. Each employee also undergoes drug screening by AMR (American Medical Response, Inc).

Employee Training and Development
Our trained staff is the real difference between P.I.C. Maintenance and other cleaning companies. We don’t just give training “lip service”; we invest a considerable amount of time, money and energy to ensure that our employees know how to keep your facilities clean. Onsite training is provided by the Area Supervisors and Crew Leaders.
PIC provides thorough training to each of its employees utilizing the Betco Resource & Process Management Interactive Training Series via the SPARTAN Advanced Training Program. Additional training on equipment and chemicals usage training is received through the various equipment and chemical companies.
